Cool video.  I'm to far away to come to a show on the west coast but would be cool to thank you in person for all the help over the years.

That IS8000 Hermes engraver converted to dynomotion control with the advanced motion controls PWM servo amps works brilliantly by the way.  Dam thing is scary fast and spot on accurate.   I actually didn't think it would be quite as cool as it turned out.  But it's seeing a lot more use then I originally thought it might.

Hi Tom,

the video looked good.
Out of curiosity, what printing head did you use?

Thanks,
Moray

Hi Moray,

Thanks

I believe it was the:

Hotend All Metal Bowden E3D V6 extruder J-head

such as:

https://reprapchampion.com/products/metal-j-head-v6-hotend-1-75mm-0-4mm-bowden-line-extruder-reprap-3d-printer

Amazing technology for ~ $20

Then for the extruder it was the type

Prusa i3 or Kossel RepRap

Such as:

https://reprapchampion.com/products/3d-printer-all-metal-bowden-extruder-1-75mm-filament-prusa-i3-or-kossel-reprap

BTW we're working on a small KNozz board designed to interface to the Thermistors used in these nozzles as well as bed heaters and with power switches capable of switching the power for the Hotend and Bed heaters.  That should make it a snap to interface a Hotend and Bed heater to a KFLOP system.  It connects to a KFLOP Aux port.

Regards

TK
